Where are you located? We are located in Hendersonville, TN, just 20 minutes north of Nashville.

Where do you practice? We practice at Pope John Paul II Preparatory Academy and Drakes Creek Park, both located in Hendersonville, TN.

How often do you plan to practice?

Our plan for practice is as follows:

Fall-Winter

July - last 2 weeks start mandatory conditioning.

August - October - two practices per week, Sunday (2-3 hours) and Wednesday (1.5-2 hours).

November - one practice per week on Sunday

December - off, with expectations that all players will be practicing on their own and in lessons.

January - February - one indoor 2 hour practice on the weekend, Saturday or Sunday.

Spring-Summer

March - July - two practices per week, Sunday (2-3 hours) and Wednesday (1.5-2 hours).

We may not practice every Sunday due to tournaments

**All team members at this level are expected to also be in individual lessons and working on their own outside of team practices year-round.

How many players will you keep on the roster?

We will carry 10-12 dedicated players on our roster. We believe that carrying up to 12 will ensure everyone on the team will get adequate playing time and coach instruction. In the event that we have players missing for a tournament, we will pick up players off our preferred pick up list to fill in gaps and give breaks, but we will try to never have more than 12 with us at a tournament.

How is playing time determined?

Playing time will not be equal, but it will be fair. If your athlete has a great attitude and is putting in the effort, she will play in some capacity in every pool game and whenever possible in bracket games. This could be pinch running or hitting, but they will see the field. Players will never be guaranteed to play in a particular position. We will utilize players where it makes most sense for the team.

What is the estimated cost for the season?

We estimate the cost to be $600 due in August and $400 due in March. Dues will be used to purchase equipment, practice jerseys, practice fields, indoor facilities for winter practice, and tournaments.

These costs could vary slightly depending on actual tournament fees and equipment cost and This cost does include items such as uniforms, socks, belts, etc.

How many tournaments will you play in?

Each season, August - July, we plan to play in 14-18 tournaments.
